Commission Agendas and Minutes (2025)
Moorhead Public Service is locally governed by a six-member board of its customers known as the Moorhead Public Service Commission. Five of its members are appointed by the City Council and the Mayor and the sixth member is a current City Council Member. The Moorhead Public Service Commission approves the utility budget and establishes water and electric rates for its customers.
Moorhead Public Service Commission meetings are open to the public and typically held on the 1st and 3rd Tuesday of each month in the Auditorium of the Hjemkomst Center, 202 First Avenue North, Moorhead, Minnesota.
