Watermain Repair on Main Avenue in Moorhead

Traffic Reduced To One Lane While Moorhead Public Service Crews Make Repair  

A watermain break has been discovered at the intersection of Main Avenue and Fourth Street in Moorhead. This break is believed to be caused by aging infrastructure. 

Moorhead Public Service crews will begin the repair work on this watermain break on Thursday, May 6, and expect to complete the repair work on Monday, May 10.

As a result of this repair work, eastbound traffic on Main Avenue and Fourth Street will be reduced to one lane beginning at 7:00 am on Thursday, May 6, through Monday, May 10. Motorists should use caution in this area and are encouraged to use alternate routes during this repair work.
