Thank you in you interest in Moorhead Public Service's (MPS) Community Connections: Event Marketing Program. As a public utility,MPS exists to serve its customers and its community. This program has been established as part of MPS' commitment to community service. Through thoughtful community event marketing, it is the desire of MPS to enhance the quality of life for our employees and all who live in the community we serve.

Evaluation of requests

MPS will consider event requests from community organizations that are soliciting support from the general public and/or businesses within the community. Requests should have pre-established price(s) or sponsorship level(s). Requests for funding solely from MPS will generally not be considered. Events must provide recognition to MPS in the form of naming rights, display ads, signage, plaques and/or other appropriate means of public recognition.

It is important to note the expected number of requests for funding will exceed the amount that can be granted. If it is necessary to decline support for an event, MPS is not reflecting on the value of the group or its services, but rather on the need to be selective because of limited resources.

Click Here to download the official MPS Event Marketing Form. This document is provided to assist you in funding requests. Attached you will find a document that will assist MPS is processing the requests received. This PDF document can be filled out a couple different ways:

• Fill in all the applicable boxes electronically and submit via e-mail (use the button at the bottom of the PDF page). This will send a file to MPS with all your information attached.
• Fill in all the applicable boxes electronically and submit via the US Postal Service (use the button at the bottom of the PDF page).This will print the completed form.
• Print a blank form and fill it in by hand.
